Veronica's Birthday Party
Aug. 24th, 2006 10:18 pmIt's been a long time since Lilly got to throw a birthday party for her best friend. Her best friend, who is going off to college soon. Maybe that's why she decided on a toga party.
Or maybe she just liked the idea of making Indy carry Roman columns all the way up to the suite, complaining that they were Ionic and she'd wanted Corinthian and ducking when he threw pillows at her.
In any case, the place is set up in Lilly's version of Roman decor, which mostly consists of lots of the aforementioned columns in various heights, silk cushions, small faux-marble statues of naked people, and bowls of grapes. The kitchen has once more been transformed into a self-service bar and snacks of all kinds are scattered throughout the suite.
Lilly herself is wearing a one-shouldered toga accented with a gold and emerald clasp and gold embroidery on the hems. It is, shockingly enough, rather short.
