Lilly is out by the lake, just relaxing. She's had a busy couple days, it's nice to kick back.

Mel's settling back into Milliways life, which of course means going out and killing a lot of demon bunnies when bored.

Holding her not'scythe in her hand, dirty and tired and happy, she's heading back towards the bar. It's entirely possible she'll wak straight past Lilly.

And it is entirely possible that Lilly will look up and smile.

"What up, sai? Is that a scythe in your hand or are you just happy to see me?"

Mel turns towards the greeting and grins. "Can't it be both?"

Swinging the scythe over her shoulder and sticking through the back of her shirt, she heads over and drops to sit next to her friend.

"What up, sai?"

...Mel can't pull that off. She's never saying it again.

Not so much, no. Lilly giggles.

"Oh, you know. The usual. I talked to Bernard about getting a suite."

[slayer_fray]

"Oh really? Rocketship." Mel grins. "Can't wait for the suitewarming."

[awesome_lilly]

"You know it's going to be insane," Lilly says, smiling. "But I have to decide which one I want. There's 132, across from Mike and Indy, which is gorgeous and all but I'd need a roommate, I think."

"Across from the boys? That would be rocketship.

"Got any ideas for a roomie?"

[awesome_lilly]

"Well, I've been thinking," Lilly says. "Someone I like, of course, who likes me as well. Someone who's going to be able to put up with the pranks Indy and Mike will no doubt want to play on us all the time. Someone who will help me strike back. And someone came to mind who fits all these requirements."

She smiles at the Slayer.

"So. Wanna move in together, Mel?"

Mel blinks, and thinks of her pokey little room in the staff quarters, of the fact she no longer has a job to justify the having of a room there, and of having her own suite with a kitchen and bath.

She beams.

"Really? That'd be rocketship!"

"Really truly," Lilly says, beaming back at her. "It'll be beyond rocketship, I promise."

"Have you seen the suite?"

Mel's practically bouncing.

[awesome_lilly]

Lilly nods, smiling happily and possibly on the edge of bouncing herself.

"It's amazing. There's a giant hot tub and a balcony on the lake and a kitchen and plenty of space to hang out and we're so totally going to be able to throw awesome parties or just hang out and it's all going to be shiny."

Mel grins, and hugs Lilly suddenly.

"Better than the boys'?"

Lilly returns the hug happily.

"Totally better. They'll be jealous, but we can let them come over and hang out sometimes."

[slayer_fray]

"If we let them," Mel points out.

"When can I move in then?"

[awesome_lilly]

Lilly thinks for a minute.

"Tomorrow afternoon work? That's probably when I'll be moving my stuff over."

"Tomorrow afternoon's jake," Mel confirms. "I don't have a lot of stuff, so it won't take long.

[awesome_lilly]

"Shiny."

Lilly grins.

"See you tomorrow then, roomie."
